As I read the court document the 350 mil. is a separate funding amount from the 257 mil paid for some of the company's assets.
This BK has not been changed to a chapter 7 it is a chapter 11 BK which will leave the structure of the company and many of it's contracts intact.With the statements in court about curing, and paying debt incurred in 2012 I think we have a lot of incorrect 'news' out there.
Perhaps we could copy and paste this link to the document onto the message sections under some of these 'stories' in the spirit of cooperation and full disclosure.

Minutetraderz - I would keep pumping that link to every single news outlet you can come up with. Even post it here, so others can also pass it on. That is a very important piece of information regarding a large sum of cash.

Those are the kinds of things commons can do to help. To complain about the government, grants, China, etc. will not do one single thing to help.

It will not hurt if everyone passes the word on.
