#14264 RE: Seasound #14262

If a company does not meet the minimum bid price or market value of public float requirements for 30 consecutive trading days, Nasdaq sends a "deficiency notice"

The 10 day notice is if the deficiency is based on insufficient market capitalization which does not apply to CPST.

The last time the pps closed above $1.00 was Nov.6. By my count the 30 day requirement ends on Dec. 18.

As I mentioned before, I think the pps will penetrate the $1.00 soon because a steep move up from the bottom trendline that breaks the Bollinger and tags the bottom trendline, such as at $87.2, the pps will sometimes pause near the mean(20MA) on the eway up and reverse before reversing again and continuing up toward the top Bollinger.

This appear to be what is happening, though it has to complete itself yet. We'll have to wait and see.
