Agreed... If you re-read the PR about the uplisting it states that they have engaged with new uplisting consultants and an investment firm Magna... Though they (Magna) will assist in coordinating professional services for the uplisting..

This does not mean Magna is the uplisting consultant and would confirm why Magna does not currently have a business relationship with SRGE.

They will once the uplisting is completed!

Many have taken that PR way out of context!

Re-read the PR. I spoke with Magna directly about this situation. You left out the word <business> before relationship. Magna does not have a business relationship with SRGE at this time and that is correct as no final agreement arising from the term sheet has been signed, which is work done via attorneys.
