I am not on the inside. Much of what is happening with SRGE has good business reasons that should not be readily dismissed as <scam> or <yet another lie>. Changes in legal or financial representation create REAL AND MEANINGFUL delays. I can confirm this from my own business experience. If everything were still being done at the speed of light: QUESTION IT OR BETTER YET, RUN!. Given the circumstances, I see SRGE moving in real business time and this is fine.
