I honestly don't know, but my assumption is that the information was time sensitive, for whatever reason, and that the time frame has since passed, so that it doesn't matter.

Or, the previous decisions have rendered whatever was previously sealed moot, and so its being unsealed.

I don't think anything should be sealed in a corporate BK case!
