Great document, that puts to rest a few of my doubts. The section of the Judgment called Imposition Withheld proves that this conviction is nothing more then a probation for his intent to commit these crimes. So, no he does not owe anyone $600,000 and no he is not a convicted felon. Thanks for setting the records straight. I;m not denying that he committed a crime, just pointing out the severity of the claims previously made.

I have missed most of the bashing going on here by putting the most blatant offenders on my ignore list. I don’t post much, mainly just set back and read and try and pick up information. They say you learn more by listening however, after this post I just had to say WOW! That is one bad desperado. Had to pay $225 and 15 years probation. I’ve had traffic tickets with worst punishment then that. Exactly what is the point in repeating this crap over and over? You don’t like the stock, I understand. You don’t like the CEO, I’m OK with that also. If you are so interested is saving everyone from this scam give us your stock picks we want to track them and see how you are doing, cause if your not doing as well as us why would we want to listen to you? It’s easy to bash and trash someone else and what they are doing.

The stock market is all about the money. Yes there is risk, and if I make money I’ll be happy. If I lose, I’ll move on to the next pick. I think most people here are smart enough to only use risk capital. I don’t have my 401K or grocery money invested in IDS. I think you defeat your purpose (if it is to save us) with this constant overkill of bashing. I myself will wait and see what happens and either way, good or bad outcome I’ll be OK. So please relax, give me some stock tips, show me what you know and I’ll learn from you. And I’ll be much more appreciative than when you just post the negative. When all a person does is condemn and complain it is human nature to just tune them out. I am not trying to start a fight and do not mean this as a personal attack on anyone. It is merely my observation.
