Well he seems to be more of an accountant / finance guy by background, he certainly should understand what factors goes into driving value and also what diminishes values. My only issue with him has been the use of stock and how expensive it has been to all. He should know better. Also he could have built the company slower and more conservatively and I suspect we would be at a higher valuation today without the dilution.
