Questions:
Could the judge decide to impose conditions that Wanxiang
1- pays off the remainder of the debt?
2- gets the whole company (minus the Military contracts) and not just the assets in order to keep the name/brand + the shares still trading to preserve shareholders?

It would be to Wanxiang's advantage to acquire a company that is publicly traded... especially if they manage to make the stocks valuable again. Would it not?
