Pof - Like I said earlier, I can't believe A123 dropped the ball on the 465M deal. No wonder they NEVER had a profitable month.

I would have stuck it out, but just do not see any possible way out of this. Either it goes private, or if Wanx is not approved, JCI will get it even cheaper. That is what I believe will happen. That is why they did not bid strong, knowing they will get it in the end.

Wish well on all on this board. I will watch the outcome, and hopefully see you on other stocks.

Where did you read that Aoneq reject almost 500MM to receive 260MM?
