You have no way of knowing that with the T/A gagged. As a matter of fact teh T/A being gagged is pretty much proof that there is dilution. As for the PR saying the O/S hasn't chaged? Chaged since when? The day before. It's obviously misleading statement. If the float is unchanged how is the PPS going down for a third day in a row with claims of the float being locked?
