I would imagine that as this is a legal proceeding, it is unlikely that you would be able to access any data on a public register.

The register will only act once the court case has been concluded.

The fact that the 2001 court case is still alive today speaks volumes and suggests that there is significant proof that can not be refuted by ABX.

I read somewhere on here recently that warrants are in process or something? I would imagine for Chile to extend its legal arm beyond its borders it would need to use Interpol?
