Well there are three things that concern me in that text. First he says "No word" which I suppose means that EMWW is not informing him about whats going on regarding the pr and maybe other more important things.

Second, he advises you to do what you feel is right with your money, which means he has no idea whats going to happen with all of this, he has no confidence as he doesn't even own stock.

Third, he says "I'm told everything is still a go", so hes implying that everything could actually be cancelled, he has no confidence on the deal.

The bid is real. You can watch it getting hit all the time. FWIW, I've had a bid in at .0008 since Nov. 30 and it hasn't even been nibbled on yet due to the big bid being older. I do wonder why the bid went from 51 M to 21 M overnight though. If that part was real that's a big change of heart.
