Ya right.....they have retracted most of their press releases. Anyways, the ONLY thing that counts are the legal filings....they MUST tell the truth or people go to jail. I have seen what is happening here with MSX a hundred times in my career in the public company arena. People call the CEO and he gives them "secret" information "but don't tell anyone". Meanwhile all the longs are calling/PMing each other to talk about the latest information that they found out.....I hit the nail on the head....right?
