I've seen at least 2 things since the last PR they coulda PRed but didn't. If you had 200 mil of the 300 mil OS you'd wait for the right time too. We can speculate but I don't think he would have issued himself that many, at a premium btw only to dump them out here. He could have easily justified giving himself 200 mil par value .001. When its all said and done I know this pps will go much higher.153 floater sounds good to me. Flippin other plays to pick up more IPRU
