#15802 RE: Wildbilly #15800

At bottom of the page -

Vieau David P bought 400,000 shares of A123 Systems Inc (AONE), prior they added more shares to their current position. Holding History: My bad, that buy was earlier this year.

Inside Form 10-Q Quarterly Report filed May 15, 2012 A123 establishes Grid Storage Holdings

14. Creation of Non-Loan Party Subsidiary . Borrower has advised Administrative Agent that A123 has created a wholly-owned subsidiary, Grid Storage Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“ Gridstorage ”). As of the date hereof, Administrative Agent will not require Gridstorage to become party to the Collateral Agreement as a guarantor of the Borrower’s Obligations. Notwithstanding the forgoing or any other terms of the Credit

So how would Grid Storage Holdings LLC be valued in the bankruptcy. Could it remain beyond an 'asset stripped A123 to settle creditors'? Vieaux, Riley and others have so many shares. The judge awarded bonus, what it is, seems a whiff of consolation if all their shares disappear. (Although blame of failing to produce usable product deserves how much reward?) Does A123 have to be ongoing for the $100 million in tax benefits due in 2013? Is that a transferable 'chip on the table'.
