I smell a class action lawsuit by shareholders

Let's give it some time. I just hope the judge understands that when he gave mgmt. bonuses, it was at the expense of the shareholders. Now, please don't preclude a qualified bidder,and a reliable business partner, on the basis they are from another country.

There already is a class action lawsuit against A123 filed in August, one of my former colleagues is a leading plaintiff. But its not worth much to sue a company if they have no cash or assets left. The only ones that win in class action are the filing attorneys. Lets hope this is price manipulation, bc its like watching paint dry.
