Now that I agree with.

The $85 million -- that would be considered fraud if proven untrue.

But I stand by my earlier post -- No pinky has to notify us of a damn thing relating to their internal structure or assets. How many pinkies can you name that report all their assets and liabilities??

IPXES was a susidiary, specifically, an asset. Hence, dissolving IPXES without notifying us is not a fraud.
