Serf is wrong again. When a public company makes public or private claims about their assets or business, then those claims are actionable.

TTNJ said that you were minority owners (as you said) of Ipxes AND they also said that Telatinos retained their own assets and revenues outside of their minority investment in Ipxes. (as you said too).

Now, the email that YOU SAY is from Paul disutes all these public claims.

Sorry Serf, but you are DEAD WRONG. You clearly do not understand the difference between an SEC filing and a public claim and how fraud affects either.
