Pre-market PR would definitely be appreciated today...I'm a little more open-minded about why they raised the AS, but they should know doing so would cause a major panic to shareholders. Hoping they give us a good explanation...JV/Buyout/control could all be valid reasons to increase the AS NOT the OS or Float.
