'very' i hope we do not see dilution though i do agree that the function of dilution could potentially be useful long term. the folks who have private placements already within fcpg would put up a good fight to prevent this. i think the past couple of days a few posters, me, have been fed up with the 'promise' of what will come, and want execution of the business plan. there appears to be, and in my opinion, an untold story of the unability to obtain additional funding for the purpose of acquisition or pre paying of current debt structure so to speak. on paper, any company that has succeeded in turning increased profits over an extended period, 12 months as doug stated, should not run into many obstacles. last night i reread the financials as put forth in filings, and i think the issue(s) are that fcpg has a substantial amount of debt to repay in the first 6 months of 2013, and with current cash on hand, that number will be near zero. a simple case of robbing peter to pay paul from past financing. i think the better route for wang to go would be to refinance total debt due creditors plus 'x' dollars over an extended period of time, give that financing vehicle a seat on the board, go ask their vendor that is giving preferred drug costs to become an equity partner ----- that gives fcpg a continued competitve advantage in the market, allows drug manufacturer / supplier continued market share increase, and if done correctly, and inside position to buy fcpg outright. if the vendor pulls the plug on fcpg, game over. wang i think has painted himself into a corner is fighting made he cant escape the reality of bringing in outside expertise. he could remain as chairman, but relinguishes day to day control of business activities. shareholder value would dramtically increase in this scenario, as fcpg would then have a true platform to grow from. again, just my opinion. david
