I actually don't know why obtaining financing seems to be such an issue. As you have said, doug has said, this company has delivered good quarterly results for some time. First China is growing at a good pace. Record Q3 results. Would seem to be a slam dunk to consolidate debt and get additional backing.

Speaking for myself it is very frustrating not knowing the relationship First China has with Anhui Hua Yaun Pharmaceutical Inc. We know nothing about this company or what agreement First China has with them.
