I thought that US was a country were everything was possible so I guess it should be possible for a Company wanting to file information with the SEC to do it...
Would it be strange to have a governmental entity telling a Company: "No, you must stay dark, give no information about you and your businness... you must keep your shareholder in the ignorance because it is not possible to file again with us if you stopped"
As I said, a lot of papeworkd and time and maybe money doesn't mean "will not"... it means "if you truly want, you can!
