fla, I don't see where I made the statement that an SEC filing would be concurrent with going current on OTC.
You are free to interpret it any way you want and appear to have made the implication, not me.
I take your statement as opinion that EPGL will not make a filing, as you have not given reason to make your statement believable as written.
Your basing your statement on historical data that shows there have been none or very few that have done so after deregistering, so you assume, the same will hold true here. That's a good safe bet for you, but no fun for me!
