Just trying to figure out how we will explain IF the assets are sold for under fair value.............say $352 million. If that happens, why?

Because the government doesn't want Wanxaing to win the bid?

Because of uncertainty over CIFUS approval?

Because of the amount of cash necessary?

Because someone realized they could get this on the cheap?

If it happens, what will be the reason?
