Good To See CFTC Doing Something (For A Change)

Finally a blip of hope that the CFTC is actually capable of doing it's job. Now, if only they could have done this with MFGlobal.

BTW, did MFGlobal investors ever recover their investments? I have not heard much on this lately which is, of course, no surprise.
