And as a follow up to that question, what about the "air" shares on the last DIVY? Who got those dividends or...? I'm just trying to learn about this stuff...TIA

All SRGE shareholders would receive any divi's. The company would pay on all legitimate shares per their share structure as reported to FINRA, while the MM's who have naked shorted would have to pay the divi on all of THOSE shares.
IMO, it would be much, much cheaper for them to just go ahead and buy back those shares now before the price runs away and leaves them choking. Otherwise, they take a chance on a big divi being issued and having to pay THAT PLUS eventually having to buy the shares back (cover) anyway.
Is gonna get real, real expensive for them....ha, ha, ha!
