Minddoc - Is it EGO or what's best for their business? Could It just be "EGO" only to shareholders who want IPO shares at any cost,even if you have to "Hair lift the boogyman". Granted all that is happening now I lay squarely at Dr. Phan's feet. He knew the type of fairweather investors he had and the risks of announcing hard and fast dates for an IPO...How can you miscalculate like that when some much is out of your hands. Also, no one wants to talk about the "Monetization" of the assest for HRCT. They would have made no money on this deal. What would have been the sense in that?
The flip side of the coin is what no one cares about with these youg execs. They just might think it is not a good deal for their business....Shareholders be darned...

Just a thought....I have no facts one way or the other
