how do we know it even has revenue/profits ?

Great question - I call Pierce Flemming yesterday after the ambiguous PR was was penned by him was released and querried the same revenues concern. The indication was DNYS revenues paled in comparisson to what Cyber-Things revenues are. It was mentioned that Cyber-Thingy is a much much bigger entity and have considerable revenues with an expanding portfolio. DNYS has some nice annual revenues. So I took this as good news. Unforunately Cyber-Thingy is private at the moment, so it would be difficult to guage what their revenuse are, unless we could gain information from a D&B or similar.

We don't until it's released. How do you know we don't? You don't until it's released.

If you think it's too risky to wait, sell. I don't

PD, You are not wrong in anything u say in this post. Right on in my opinion. It turns out that our coveted, white knight Mr. Fleming was as deceitful as the rest. There r no good guys in this business. This smells as a set-up from the beginning. How can anyone in their right minds still believe what they read. I can assure u this Cyber thing doesn't exist. That whole PR really sounded so fake. To be associated with a person of Clarke's reputation and to which it can be proven, really makes the Flemings look just as bad. What happens to the limo company? Did it even exist? After all the comical blunders, false financials, one lie after another in their filings and PR'S since February and now this? What an absolute fraud. The SEC should be on this pronto. What happened to I will never dilute shareholders and give out stock for anything. Man oh man. Some folks just have thick heads I suppose. This is a done deal, a stuffed pig and already played out. The set-up run was done. I would not be surprised one bit if DNYS corporate was involved with it. Good luck to you. Just read your post again. It is the only one that makes sense.
