how do we know it even has revenue/profits ? ... I had this one on watchlist last week but this week is clearly another story ... kinda feels like the previous management threw shareholders under the bus ... from the PR, not only did the share structure get massively diluted by 100M shares but we have no clue what this cyber-thingy is in terms of company specifics, revenue, profits, potential, etc... also, it seems that the DNYS business basically unloaded the shell and shareholders while going private... which is great for them but what in this so called merger deal was thought about in terms of current shareholders ... and if so, then why did they not make that clear on Monday as to prevent this nasty crash ...
