Since your question is a question that only GYST's management can answer to your satisfaction, then it makes sense to ask them directly. The message board is a very INDIRECT way of asking. FB is a mode of communication as much as this board is, but FB is clearly more direct. For instance, if someone has a question for me, they can call me, contact me on facebook, or email me. Asking it on a message board where someone may or may not see it is inefficient. If you want someone to post the question on facebook for you, just ask.
