If Chineese bid is so high, it's only to get the intellectual property and not only to keep the facility in the USA. The Co value is basically due to its know how. A123 Systems can sell the intellectual property to the US army/GM/.... and sell the empty shell to Chineese. The judge will not accept a lower bid for the intellectual property than the money offered by Chineese. That's a good business.

Sorry I don't know. what I posted came from Bloomberg's Brief.

I understand that A123 received a grant for $1 million the same day as the BK filing.

and I heard on TV that a Chinese Company wants the whole thing.

I don't have any skin in this company beside our tax money.
