Absolutely wrong. Many start ups and foreign based companies start on the greys. Some flourish and get uplisted.

Companies relegated to the greys don't get uplisted by suddenly getting religion. They had their chance and blew it by getting suspended in the 1st place.

Too bad. So sad.
