Nope. I'm not wrong at all. You see, you just proved my point. Being on the greys means being on the greys. None of the stocks have filled out the paperwork or have MMs waiting for them, they have to follow the steps.
If they are legit and flourish, any stock can move up. Period.
What's sad is trying to make a distinction between grey sheet stocks. The rules are the same for everyone. lol.
