Traders seem to have a hard time understanding investors mindsets.
No question all micro caps are high risk high reward and that is why management is a critical element. Look at the resumes of the folks now involved in CCTC and they are quite impressive. No question clean coal technology is needed around the world, heck, it was even brought up in the Presidential debates. So if this company's technology works, the sky is the limit and early investors will have incredible gains. Now I think some folks outlook may be tainted by previous things that happened and they may not be able to overcome that however if they still own shares they might be smart to give these folks a chance as they seem to be on track. Go CCTC!!!

I don't believe construction is "imminent" either. If it were, they wouldn't have told us in the last 10Q that they don't expect to have a pilot plant by the end of Q1 2013.
