I realize construction is imminent, not yet confirmed to have started. I prefer to be build my position now, not after any good news. Of course its a risk, but that's why we are all in the market, right? I believe the chart demonstrates others are making the same decision; that's why I'm a bull. If you're afraid to commit now, you shouldn't.
