What is most important is what exactly is patented. If someone could explain that I would really appreciate. I get the concept that MMRF is offering a solution in the form of product/service for both personal and commercial markets. What exactly would be the area that other companies would "infringe"?? Without using the specific set of tools that MMRF provides? Fax to server, image document management, web portal, integrated calenders and authorization request forms are all in the market today in some form. How willing will companies be to pay a license fee to use another system just because MMRF says it crosses there patent? Isn't there a fundamental concept that can be explained in more detail?
