We are not changing/moving the "GOAL POST".

I have stated there are more than one PATH the BOD could follow, giving the different senerios for each is all that I am doing.

As I stated before CATZ & I do not have that "CRYSTAL BALL" nor are we "SWAMIES/FORTUNE TELLERS ET AL" but we do know there are more than one PATH the BOD can tread.

We obviously are being taken down which ever path the BOD intends on traveling.


Which one is anyone's guess.


Not discussing each would take everyone by suprise when it does happen(whatever HAPPEN means).

In my opinion, for most of the long term investors of WMIH, it is more a a matter of when and not if. I personally believe that the expectation of something being announced before the end of the year is reasonable, but if it does not happen it will not change my strategy with respect to my investment. My investment strategy is simple... buy, buy, buy... and hold until something is announced. I have become very patient with investment, and I'm very comfortable with my strategy. I have been buying WMIH at a regular pace since March 28, and purchased more shares this morning.
