You missed it. They changed legal counsel and announced that they would report this week.

yes, they lost a law firm willing to sign off on the fake financials.

SRGE is having trouble getting a boiler room law firm to sign off, imagine the difficulty they will have getting an auditor to sign off in order to get current. LMAO

jojamjac5, with your perception...

As a military man, I understand the importance of being on time, but I also understand the importance of improvising when such times are not met. The mission still must be carried out. Often, there are far too many parties involved and variables existing for things to usually transpire on time, especially depending on the magnitude of the mission. As long as the company continues to ensure that they are still moving forward, then I am fine. They have done that.

I do not agree with your perception. It's not a big deal in my opinion if you truly believe in the direction of SRGE. From my 15 years or so of experience within the market, I have come to learn a long time ago to expect delays. In my opinion, if you don’t condition yourself to think as such to expect such, then you are setting yourself up for some stressful times in the future within the market.

Personally, I always thought it would be good for companies to use ”time frames” versus ”specific dates” because we all have had different experiences which result in different perceptions if certain dates are not met. Meeting such dates given by a company is always good, but it’s not the end of the world if such dates are not met. In short, I think we are still fine since we are not talking about a long since the date was not met.
