There is no way APDN will show a profit for the year with the 10k unless they turned over upwards of 10 million in the last quarter which is unlikely.

A profit for the last quarter however might just might be possible. Still show an overall loss for the year and I think if the turnover looks good quarter on quarter the market will receive the 10k well.

I too am disappointed with the end figure today. Think Johnsyn got it spot on, not enough volume. If the MM's are managing the spread as I understand it the only way to break that door is by volume. Big volume.

I actually don't think the market is not interested in the PR I just don't think the great news it contains has been digested by the masses yet. Yes some have reacted today but with a short bid and offer we just needed more volume. When the market digests what APDN have achieved and its global potential I think the mm's will have to work much harder as I hope volume will grow.

With this pr I think it should deliver a better PPS after all they now have numerous contracts with new clients. DLA have fully endorsed the company. We only have good times ahead, lets hope the market catches on soon :)

It is possible though they could include in the 10-K some positive projected revenue expectations for the 1st quarter and beyond, and also more could be revealed as to who the contracts were signed with and what kind of deals/projected production unit numbers were inked and anticipated.
