Hard to say on the timing of the 10K, but I think most on this board are in agreement that this 10K isn't going to be any more revealing or PPS affecting than the PR's from earlier today.

The revenues should show an increase for this quarter over last's, but not substantially so since most of the new contracts will be showing up in this quarter's 10Q report when it comes out in Feb. of next year.

In the 10-K coming out, they will probably reiterate the PR's from today, and they may or may not show a profit. Hard to say on that as well.

If APDN does name names and amounts of contracts in the 10-K, that will be way more surprising than a 10-K showing a marginal profit for the year instead of a loss.
