If the technology is too necessary to the national defense and development to allow it to be sold to a group from China then put up the money to keep it here.
The Constitution does not allow for taking of private property [value of shares WE hold as our property] from individuals without due recompense.
To deny the deal without giving equal value to the owners of the property for recompense is a taking of property.
