100 billion is the biggest I've ever seen, if they cut it in half that's still 50 billion. For a company that's developmental and losing money it spells massive dilution as far as I'm concernded. They already did a 10,000:1 reverse split not that long ago...imo another massive reverse is inevitable no matter how many shares they're able to sell.
