Never even heard ES/YM until an hour ago lol...I don't really grasp the concept.

To get a preliminary 'feel" : Paper trade. Pull up two price ladders. Take opp positions inES/YM. Doesn't matter which is long. After some hours doing this you might get some ideas about a strategy.
