The 465m bid was also pulled off the table quickly. Either because they saw the low JCI bid, and thought they overbid, or truly beleive this company is worth much more. The bid I want to see is the one they presented before the hearing couple weeks back. That would give us some real figures to work around.
But, A123 has the contracts. And let's not forget, is AONEQ bankrupt or is it being "protected from bankruptcy"? There are other companies but they aren't under contracts.
