With SRGE's $13 Billion from “Other” Properties...

Some might ask... why would SRGE be willing to sell their Cinco Minas property for a minimum of $550,000,000?

It's because they are still going to have a few very valuable properties to move forward with maturing. Some of the reasons are below which would still leave them with huge valuation remaining in the company from the ”premium” prices for their properties below:

SRGE Gran Cabrera Fundamental Valuation at $17.63 per share:

SRGE "El Horconcito" Gold property Valuation at $3.54 per share:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=79791320
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=80449134

SRGE**La Canita Gold Mine Valuation at $2.96 per share:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=80616834

The above is why SRGE would be willing to sell their Cinco Minas property for a minimum of $550,000,000. Read the links/posts above to see just some of what they will have left over for valuation still remaining in the company. The above properties could be worth the total ”premium” of $24.13 per share. This is a total of over $13,000,000,000 ($24.13 x 545,874,868 OS) in total valuation when you do the math. Yes, this is a total of potentially over $13 Billion worth of properties. Would SRGE sell all of the above properties for over $13 Billion? Probably not because if anyone was to buy any of the above properties from SRGE, they would no doubt purchase them at a ”discount” versus at a premium.

My point is to show that even after the selling of their Cinco Minas property for $550,000,000… there is still much remaining for SRGE to either sell, JV with, or mature into an operations for the company moving forward. If things transpire as planned with the closing of this current deal with one of the NYSE companies, then truly… the stage will be set for enhanced credibility and legitimacy for SRGE going forward. So far… so good… as the company is doing just what they have been informing us of what they would do.
