indeed.. and i'm sure you or I would enjoy the ego trip of being right.. but at the end of the day... whether you are or I am.. we will both make money... I have already stated many many times I am here for the long haul even if that means waiting 14 months for an appeal (or longer if anything else exciting happens).. I don't know what your financial position is like nor do I wish to know.. but mine is such that it allows me to keep the money there as long as I like.. no skin off my nose if it doesn't go to $10 in 12 months. I don't have option or warrant expiry to worry about nor do I have margin calls or any other fancy footwork to worry about.. just cold hard cash... IMO its way too dangerous playing with derivatives in this stock because litigation can take years to resolve completely.
PS whether jackson signed it or not is not really relevant.. the court has ORDERED and ADJUDGED it therefore it is legally binding. these are the legal definitions of those words.

" KW why did you take me to that old link (for everyone else also anythings post in this MB if less than 10 minutes is already old... dont bother to waste your time for that) but i like your thinking though.
Come Monday/this week i see Vringo will be @least $4.5, and up to $7+ if we get @least $800-$1billion from JJ. JMHO.
