Really? This is relevant..no appeal will get more people involved. Only Google knows what their intentions are, because there is doubt some people choose to wait so I disagree with you.

what the market wants to see is cash in the bank OR alteast a guarantee there will be cash in the bank, then and only then can the share price reflect its true value.

Agreed . We won't know future cash until the judge signs and clarifies 3.5% or more, he can increase that percentage.

I never said anything about sustained. I said we would see spikes over ten and possibly higher. You have your opinions I have mine. We will see who is right by February.
