That's my point. Nobody will exercise these Calls and there's not even a market for them because the SP is so low. Keep in mind that these 7.2 million Calls are now also NS Calls, thanks to the R/S! These Calls will end up expiring without being exercised AND you will notice that no one wants to buy them because of the fact that the SP is too low.

That's my whole point why I believe this merger and any news on Libigel have been delayed now to the 1st Q, I.e. so that these 7.2 million Calls go no where.
