Hmm, that seems to alot of expectations for SRGE. I got my shares just in case.

You can't make this claim:

SRGE reduced the SS, 215 mil float in very tight hands

Because the TA has been gagged and the share structure isn't known. just what is in the press releases.

A "Gagged" transfer agent is one which has been instructed by the company they are working for to not release information, such as the share structure. This is NOT a good situation. There is no legitimate reason for a company to gag their TA. It is almost always done to hide dilution.
