The so called evidence suggest no such thing. We have already gone through this topic months ago and it was proven that SRGE has the titles. Even some of the BGL supporters acknowledged that FACT and said SRGE would be stripped of the titles soon. Never happened and never will

Here's the deal....The Mexican Mining Registry has confirmed and verified many times that SRGE owns 100% of Cinco Minas and several other mines so no matter what anyone says, or even presents, it's a FACT that SRGE owns Cinco, it's titles are NOT suspended, and SRGE is presently working on their property. Nothing that anyone can say, do, or present can change that FACT

Tomorrow, SRGE will be gap up as dividend paid, big short squeez will push the PPS up to 0.02+ Shorter now are very panic, bacuase long will get 0.20 cash dividend soon.

Mineria Southridge is correct Mexican grammar for Southridge Mineral.

So it is misleading to say Southridge Minerals doesn't appear on any of the documents, and imply that it is somehow fraudulent to do business in the language of the country of operations.
